Rides - Event View

Everyone,

For a Friday Morning Ride, Sept. 20th we will be riding the Valley Parkway starting at 9:30am leaving from the York Rd. Bike-n-Hike parking lot in North Royalton to the Blackbird Bakery in Rocky River for a total distance of 45 miles. This will be an out and back route, so there will be no GPS. The group will ride at a pace of 14 - 16 mph. We will regroup as needed. Like all ABC rides, this ride is for current members and first-time guest.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time to allow for adequate check in time. As always, helmets are required on all ABC rides. Also, no ear buds and no use of cell phones for talk, text, or music while riding. It is also advised during daylight hours to use a good tail light and headlight when riding on public roads. These promote safety and alert drivers to our presence during all hours of the day. Please obey all traffic laws…safety is everyone’s responsibility. Also, make sure that your bike is properly maintained and is in good working condition. Each rider is expected to bring extra tubes, pump, multi-tool, etc. for any mechanicals you may encounter.
