Rides - Event View

Start time is 6:00 p.m. heading out from the Barlow Road Bike-and-Hike trailhead!

Another Monday, another new ride. This week it'll be 18 miles in Hudson, Stow and Franklin Township, with a new twist around Darrow Lake. Crossing fingers for friendly weather after a damp past few days. We may head over to a local eatery for dinner afterwards.

This is a social ride at a comfortable pace for beginning and casual riders. We do require that riders be able to average 11-13 mph. This is to ensure the rides don't go too late and everyone enjoys the ride.

The routes vary each week and generally offer a combination of road and paved bike trail riding. No rider is left behind and we regroup frequently. The ride may be shortened or amended in the event of inclement weather that might take place during the ride. Any last minute cancellation due to weather will be conveyed through our Groups.io email first and foremost but also exercise your best judgement.

Helmets are required on all ABC rides. Please no use of ear buds, or cell phones while riding. Recommend use of rear view mirrors. By law (and for your safety) a headlight, rear reflector and tail light is required 30 minutes prior to sunset, and recommended at all times for additional safety. Please obey all traffic laws.
